Blackout PDF: All You Need to Know

The current system would have saved so many lives that people could have been charged a minimum of 15 extra per month. The money needed to get us connected is not coming in from the current rate structure. Please get a good deal on electricity from an auction, and then save us. I wish that Houston could find a way to get more power, but our current market is far removed from the market that was in place. I'm very happy to have the high rate charged to me, because I live in the state and I don't realize how much higher it would be if we were in Texas. Furthermore, I appreciate the fact that you're in Texas, Texas, but we should not be in Texas. We need to go with a power distribution system similar to what has existed in the rest of the nation. Texas.
